How the airport meeting works
For airport arrivals, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board, and tracks your flight so they are there when you land.
Tell us your terminal and flight number when you book, and add a mobile number so your driver can reach you. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing.
Departures are simpler: your driver collects you from your address and takes you to the departures area of your terminal.
