How flight tracking works
When you book an airport pickup, add your flight number. Your driver follows the flight, so the pickup is planned around your recorded landing time rather than the time printed on your ticket.
If your flight is early or late, the pickup moves with it. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing, which is designed to cover passport control, baggage reclaim and the walk out of the terminal.
If you expect to be delayed for longer, for example a long immigration queue, message us on WhatsApp and we will keep your driver informed.
Common questions
Do I pay extra if my flight is delayed?
No. Your fare is the price shown when you book, and your pickup moves with your landing time. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting.
What do I need to give you?
Your flight number and the date. If you know your terminal, tell us that as well.
What if I do not have a flight number yet?
You can add it later. Contact us with your booking details and the flight number once you have it.
