Your Heathrow Transfer, Sorted Before You Land
Whichever of the four terminals you're flying from, put your route in above for a fare that holds — then read on for how the Heathrow side of the service actually works. Not flying from Heathrow? We also cover 150+ other UK airports and local minicab journeys.
Why Heathrow Pickups Need a Bit More Planning
Heathrow handles more passengers than any other UK airport, spread across four separate terminals with their own approach roads and drop-off points. Get the terminal or the timing wrong and you're either circling the forecourt or standing outside with no car in sight — so every Heathrow job we run is built around your actual flight, not a slot on a calendar.
What's included on a Heathrow transfer:
- Every terminal, arrivals or departures — 2, 3, 4 and 5, no exceptions and no surcharge for whichever one you're at.
- An hour's grace at arrivals — plenty of room for a slow bag carousel or a long passport queue.
- Someone actually looking for you — your driver waits inside arrivals with a nameboard, not out in the car park.
- Flight-aware scheduling — early or delayed, your pickup time follows the plane automatically.

Heathrow FAQs
Do you cover all four Heathrow terminals?
Yes — Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, for both landing and departing passengers, at no extra cost either way.
How long will my driver wait if I'm slow through customs?
A full 60 minutes from your recorded landing time is included free, which covers most baggage and passport queues at Heathrow.
My connecting flight was delayed — will someone still be there?
Yes. We monitor your flight number ourselves, so a late landing simply shifts your pickup time — you don't need to call and tell us.

Landing at Heathrow Airport? What to expect
Heathrow has four passenger terminals, 2, 3, 4 and 5, and they are spread across the airport, so the most useful thing you can tell us is your terminal. Terminals 2 and 3 sit together in the central area, Terminal 5 is on the western side and Terminal 4 is to the south. Airline allocations change from time to time, so always go by your own booking rather than by habit.
On arrival, your driver tracks your flight, so the pickup moves with your actual landing time, and 60 minutes of free waiting from landing is included. That is designed to cover passport control, baggage reclaim and the walk out, so you never need to rush or ring ahead. If you are held up for longer, message us on WhatsApp and we keep your driver informed.
Which terminal?
| Terminal | What to tell us |
|---|---|
| Terminal 2 | Tell us your terminal and flight number. Terminals 2 and 3 are in the central area of the airport. |
| Terminal 3 | Tell us your terminal and flight number. Terminals 2 and 3 are in the central area of the airport. |
| Terminal 4 | Terminal 4 is on the southern side of the airport. Give us your terminal so your driver goes to the right place. |
| Terminal 5 | Terminal 5 is on the western side of the airport and is the home of British Airways. Confirm your terminal on your booking. |
Car or rail from Heathrow?
Heathrow is linked to central London by the Elizabeth line, the Piccadilly line and the Heathrow Express to Paddington. They are good choices if you are travelling light and your destination is close to a station on those lines. A pre-booked car comes into its own with luggage, children, a group, an early or late flight, or a destination outside central London where a rail journey would need changes. You are collected at your door and taken to your door, with the fare agreed before you travel.
By road, Heathrow is served by the M4 and the M25, and traffic on both can build at peak times, particularly around the M25 junctions near the airport. For departures, set your pickup with a sensible margin for traffic as well as for your check-in and security deadlines.
Departing from Heathrow: choosing your pickup time
Work backwards from your flight: your airline's check-in and bag-drop deadline, security, and a margin for traffic. Leave extra time if you are travelling with a group, children or a lot of luggage, and for early-morning departures, when you may be on the road before the rest of the city. Tell us your flight time when you book and we will help you pick a sensible pickup time.
Common problems, and how we handle them
- Delayed flight: we track your flight number, so your pickup moves with the actual landing and your free waiting time starts from landing.
- Wrong terminal: check your booking before you travel and tell us if it changes. If you are unsure, message us.
- Lots of luggage or a group: pick an estate, MPV or executive car by luggage as well as seats.
- Child seat or access needs: add it in the booking notes so your driver knows in advance.
- Plans change: contact us as early as you can with the new details.

Straight answers about Heathrow transfers
Which Heathrow terminal should I give you?
Give us the terminal on your flight booking (2, 3, 4 or 5). If you are not sure, check with your airline before you travel, or message us and we will help you work it out.
Do you track my flight into Heathrow?
Yes. Add your flight number when you book and your pickup is planned around your recorded landing time. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing.
Is a private transfer better than the Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line?
It depends on your journey. Rail is good when you are travelling light to somewhere near a station. A pre-booked car is better with luggage, a group, an early or late flight or a destination that is not on a direct line.
Can you collect me from home and take me to Heathrow?
Yes. Enter your exact address or postcode and your fare is shown before you confirm. Choose a pickup time that leaves a margin for traffic and your check-in deadline.
Can I add a child seat or ask for help with accessibility needs?
Yes. Add it in the special instructions when you book, for example a child seat and the child's age, or any access needs, so it is on your booking and your driver knows in advance.
What if I land very early or very late?
Pre-booked transfers run around the clock, so you can book any date and time. Add your flight number and your driver adjusts to your actual landing.
What does the fare include?
The fare is shown before you confirm, based on the distance for the route, and airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting. Airport fees, parking and tolls are not included in the guide fares.
How do I pay?
You can pay cash to the driver or by card online when you confirm your booking.
