Gatwick Transfers That Know Which Terminal You're At
North or South terminal, arriving or departing — put your route in above for a fare that won't move, then read on for how we handle the Gatwick run. Not flying from Gatwick? We also cover 150+ other UK airports and local minicab journeys.
Getting Gatwick Right, Every Time
Gatwick's south of the city, and the M23 and A23 can back up badly at peak times — the kind of delay that catches out anyone quoting on the day. We price the route with that already factored in, so what you're quoted at booking is what you pay, whatever the roads are doing when your driver sets off.
What's included on a Gatwick transfer:
- North and South, both covered — same price, arrivals or departures, either terminal.
- No add-ons after booking — the fare you agree to is the fare you pay, congestion and all.
- A driver who's actually inside — waiting in the arrivals hall with a nameboard, not the car park.
- Room for the group — estate cars and 7-seater MPVs on hand for extra luggage or extra people.

Gatwick FAQs
I'm not sure yet if I'm landing North or South terminal — is that a problem?
Not at all. We cover both Gatwick terminals for arrivals and departures, and there's no price difference between them.
Does the South terminal cost more to reach than North?
No — your fare is the same whichever terminal you're picked up from or dropped at.
What if my flight into Gatwick is delayed?
We're tracking your flight number ourselves, so your pickup time shifts with the actual landing — no extra charge, no need to ring ahead.

Landing at Gatwick Airport? What to expect
Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, linked by a shuttle, and the airport has a single runway. The key detail to get right is which terminal your flight uses, because your driver meets you at that terminal. Airline allocations change from time to time, so always go by your own booking.
On arrival, your driver tracks your flight, so the pickup moves with your actual landing time, and 60 minutes of free waiting from landing is included. That is designed to cover passport control, baggage reclaim and the walk out, so you do not need to ring ahead. If you are held up for longer, message us on WhatsApp and we keep your driver informed.
Which terminal?
| Terminal | What to tell us |
|---|---|
| North Terminal | Give us your terminal and flight number so your driver goes to the right one. |
| South Terminal | Give us your terminal and flight number so your driver goes to the right one. |
Car or rail from Gatwick?
Gatwick has direct rail services into central London, including the Gatwick Express to Victoria and Thameslink services, as well as services along the south coast. Rail is good when you are travelling light to somewhere near a station on those lines. A pre-booked car is better with luggage, children, a group, an early or late flight, or a destination in Sussex, Surrey or Kent that would otherwise need a change. You are collected at your door and taken to your door, with the fare agreed before you travel.
By road, Gatwick is reached from the M23 and the M25, and from the A23 and A22. Traffic on the M25 and M23 can build at peak times, so for departures set your pickup with a margin for traffic as well as for your check-in and security deadlines.
Departing from Gatwick: choosing your pickup time
Work backwards from your flight: your airline's check-in and bag-drop deadline, security, and a margin for traffic. Leave extra time if you are travelling with a group, children or a lot of luggage, and for early-morning departures, when you may be on the road before the rest of the city. Tell us your flight time when you book and we will help you pick a sensible pickup time.
Common problems, and how we handle them
- Delayed flight: we track your flight number, so your pickup moves with the actual landing and your free waiting time starts from landing.
- Wrong terminal: check your booking before you travel and tell us if it changes. If you are unsure, message us.
- Lots of luggage or a group: pick an estate, MPV or executive car by luggage as well as seats.
- Child seat or access needs: add it in the booking notes so your driver knows in advance.
- Plans change: contact us as early as you can with the new details.

Straight answers about Gatwick transfers
Which Gatwick terminal should I give you?
Give us the terminal on your flight booking, North or South. If you are not sure, check with your airline before you travel, or message us and we will help you work it out.
Do you track my flight into Gatwick?
Yes. Add your flight number when you book and your pickup is planned around your recorded landing time. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing.
Is a private transfer better than the Gatwick Express?
It depends on your journey. Rail is good when you are travelling light to somewhere near a station. A pre-booked car is better with luggage, a group, an early or late flight or a destination that is not on a direct line.
Can you collect me from home and take me to Gatwick?
Yes. Enter your exact address or postcode and your fare is shown before you confirm. Choose a pickup time that leaves a margin for traffic and your check-in deadline.
Can I add a child seat or ask for help with accessibility needs?
Yes. Add it in the special instructions when you book, for example a child seat and the child's age, or any access needs, so it is on your booking and your driver knows in advance.
What if I land very early or very late?
Pre-booked transfers run around the clock, so you can book any date and time. Add your flight number and your driver adjusts to your actual landing.
What does the fare include?
The fare is shown before you confirm, based on the distance for the route, and airport arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting. Airport fees, parking and tolls are not included in the guide fares.
How do I pay?
You can pay cash to the driver or by card online when you confirm your booking.
